LoQuita is a wife, a mother and a proud grandmother. She is called by God and has a heart to help those who are hurting or struggling with life challenges. LoQuita is a born-again Christian who accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior in July 1996.

LoQuita is driven by her passion to help adolescents and adults who struggle with criminal/addictive behaviors. She believes that one of her purposes in life is to help develop greatness and change the destiny of a generation. LoQuita’s passion to help adolescents and adults is fueled by her prior experience with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She has over 17 years of work experience within the Criminal Justice System which includes job positions such as Case Manager, Counselor Intern, and Correctional Officer. Also, she has years of experience as a Prevention Specialist working with adolescents at the alternative schools in Brazosport ISD and Bay City ISD. LoQuita provides substance abuse counseling/education, anger management, social skills, and cognitive intervention services to juveniles and adults who are currently on probation.

LoQuita is married to Roderick Watson, they have two daughters and one son (Daisha, Jaquia & Khaalif). LoQuita holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, Master of Arts in Education/Teacher Leadership, Master of Arts in Psychology. LoQuita is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, Certified Grief Counselor Professional, Certified Drug Offender Education Program Instructor, and Certified DWIE Program Instructor. LoQuita is qualified in her counseling profession. She has been trained extensively in working with adults and adolescents who have criminal/addictive behaviors, anger problems, and social skills issues.
