Sandra Villegas was born and raised in Brazoria County. Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Sandra is currently a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART).

Sandra is also certified by the State of Texas to instruct offender classes such as: Driving While Intoxicated Education (DWI-E) and Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP). Sandra has worked in the recovery field for over 20 years.

Sandra prides herself on providing a positive approach to treatment and remaining objective and compassionate in her care of clients. Sandra conducts herself ethically with an ability to communicate well and develop empathetic dynamics with all clients.
